DIRECTIONS & MAP
Tamworth is a quaint village just a short, scenic, 20 min. drive South of hwy 7 at Kaladar and 20 min. North of the 401. The village was established in 1826 on the banks of the Salmon River. Early settlers used the water power of the Salmon to run the woolen, grist and lumber mills.
Today the village is a hidden treasure of historic rural Ontario.
